SNC wins Rheinstrom-Hill Foundation Grant

Rheinstrom Hill Community Foundation has provided SNC with a $1,500 grant "as our contribution towards your rehabilitation of historic buildings in New Concord."

The Foundation was established by Mr. Carroll Rheinstrom to aid and enhance the area in which he made his home.
